It's good art, but I don't think it's a good photo, personally.
I dislike low angles of crowds, and clearly framed edges. Is this person alone? Of course they aren't, they have at least one person, a camera operator, behind them. But the angle is both low and close, how many more are behind them? How many in the parade? For all we know, this is 100000 vs 30 or so, or vice-versa.
As a art piece or propaganda piece (essentially the same thing, often) it's a solid work, but as an informational photograph, it is highly lacking.
