You are, though. The left knows that the far right are broadly correct with respect to race and ethnicity. The difference between the two groups is mostly down to their preferred solutions. The far right want ethnically and racially homogenous societies because that's the only way you can reliably avoid these issues. The left want to install inverted value systems so that the protected classes are artificially elevated to prominence. The people in "the middle" want those protected classes to be unprotected, resulting in large wealth and prosperity gaps.
How many good schools were destroyed at the alter of forced integration and busing? Were those policies put into place because the people who wrote them thought it would make good schools better, or was it done to make admission to those good schools more "fair"?
If one of the good schools tried to give a standardized test to these new students to maintain academic standards, would they have been allowed to do so, or would the courts have ruled it illegal due to disparate impact?

Putting on their public policy hats, they suggested that perhaps a mandatory math course during the teacher training program would be a reasonable substitute. Curiously, they reasoned that a math course would not work against racialized students, but a math test would.
The Human Rights Tribunal is a travesty and should be abolished. Nothing good ever comes out of it.
