WSJ Claims “Endemic” Covid Life Is “Vaccine” Mandates/ Passports And Masks. This Was Never About A Virus. (archive.md)

I was suspicious from the very beginning but still followed along. They lost all credibility when they condoned protesting/rioting for some stuff but not other stuff. For a supposedly deadly virus I find it odd that it has a 99% survival rate.

Two weeks, just so hospitals don’t get overwhelmed.

me too, i was very suspicious, then once the BLM protests rolled around in July 2020 and 1300 medical professionals supported them with signatures i knew it was complete BS. Then government officials started doing stupid shit:

DC issued mandates for masks for everyone but government officials

CA issued mandates but exempted the entertainment industry

MI governor issued a no boating mandate but was caught putting her boat in the water

CA governor got caught at a fancy restaurant with a 30 people group unmasked

One of my memories from the early pandemic was the YT video of the crying female bar owner in California who had just had her newly renovations outdoor patio shut down by new mandates the day before, walking around the parking lot of her bar filming the endless line of craft services tents that a movie studio had been given a permit to set up.

i remember that too. she changed her outdoor seating area to comply with the new measures and was shut down anyways meanwhile the parking lot right next to her establishment had basically the temporary version of what she had: tent, tables, etc and was open because it was for the entertainment industry.

Democrat politicians seized on the pandemic as a means to snap implement their entire neo communist agenda. Of course they want to keep the ball rolling.

I think democrats voters are on board with a permanent pandemic because they know, even if only subconsciously, that it is helping their side win.

Cities shouldn't get to vote.

Cuties are globalist outposts. Their consenting residents are basically soldiers for a hostile foreign power.

That...is a bold new idea that I find kind of appealing, despite living in an urban area.

Keep voting for based people to represent you. The psychos will either be coming to your town because they made their own home insufferable or because they think they're trying to save the world.

Canada's federal election was pretty disappointing.

The only antilockdown party got 5% of the vote.

Their level of support across Canada's 338 ridings topped out around 12% and they didn't win a seat.

Doesn't seem like a threat that democracy can solve.

I am Portuguese and this is not happening in Portugal. Most of the Covid passport restrictions were lifted and we don't have crazy mandates like "no jab, no job". And we don't use masks anymore in cafes or restaurants. Things are going back to normal and we only speak about our budget for the next year and how bankrupted we are. Don't trust this WSJ bullshitt propaganda.

The problem we have here is that the WSJ and the NYT are mouthpieces for the intelligence community and the deep state. When these newspapers propagandize, their lies originate with our most powerful institutions; these news stories are more like declarations than suggestions.

We repealed the Smith-Mundt Act in 2012 for a reason. 1984 here we come!!

Relevant part of the amendment:

Amends the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 to prohibit funds for the Department of State or the Board from being used to influence public opinion or propagandizing in the United States. (Under current law such provision applies to the United States Information Agency [USIA].)

https://www.congress.gov/bill/112th-congress/house-bill/5736

Basically removed the restrictions on using media as paid propaganda mouthpieces.

A law passed in 1948 to prevent propaganda being distributed domestically. Big surprise that the agencies that pushed for the repeal…DoJ and CIA.

They killed a journalist who was in the process of investigating the key players behind it, and FBI refused to disclose their file on him as well, even after an FOIA request. This was pigeon-holed because it was 2012-2013 and the deep state had firm control of the narrative.

Tell them they can solve their budget problems by just printing however much currency they need and blaming inflation on everything but that. /s

The problem here is that we still have money to do these stupid lockdowns and mandates. If the US was broke broke, ain’t nobody got time to buy face masks or take time off of work to get a jab

Thank you for posting. It's important that people on the ground tell others what's really going on.

And the mask comes off.

It's about training you accept being controlled by your government. You are being pscyhologically trained and prepped for China-style authoritarian rule.

NYT have an almost identical article. They are all in on it.

Several countries that went very repressive and authoritarian with lockdowns and suspension of basic freedoms such as bans on visiting other people have ended all domestic restrictions months ago.

This irrational sanitary theater is mass hysteria fueled by media, politicians and corrupt academia.
