Not the first time it's happened with McGrath.. Another good one was when Profs Peter Boghossian, James Lindsay, and Helen Pluckrose got absolute garbage published in woke journals. The Sokal^2 hoax. They got something like 7 articles of 12 or 13+ put out with more on the way, and the only reason more weren't published was because they got caught early.

They really honed in on that in the animated series. I remember in season 6 when Ahsoka wanted to go after Maul on Mandalore and was trying to get help from Anakin and Kenobi, only for news of an attack on the Chancellor to reach them (this is where Anakin kills Dooku in the films) and the two Jedi just want to drop everything and go straight there.
