I've had a lot of family take it. The last thing most of them do is listen to me--it's been a losing battle in that respect. So I've heard different stories about different complications personally and things I've read.
If it's something like cold symptoms or a mild rash, he's probably fine, calm down a bit and see how long it lasts.
If there's heart issues or something like a severe rash it would probably be obvious he needs to go to the hospital. If we're talking the severe type things and they are downplaying it, then I'd start with finding several articles about people having complications to show them. Don't be afraid to look for more MSM ones, there are some articles from those sources too. Yeah they will probably be full of stuff about "Yes I'm in the hospital but I can't wait for my second dose" and crap, but just overlook that for now. At this point remember it's about influencing them to get your brother medical attention, not to win a vaccine argument.
I think all you can do is have a conversation with your family about your concerns.
If they are brainwashed by the MSM, getting through to them will be very difficult.

Besides not being a necessarily useful site, your source doesn't cite 3 deaths only. It just asserts that a reporting system identified around 6,000 cases of adverse reaction, and then claimed that all other cases were never related to the vaccine, without sourcing that.

The truth is that most people survive just fine, (at least in the time frame of a year or so) either the shot or the coof. So unless you have reason to believe your brother would have complications, he likely wont.
In other words, there is risk in the vaccine, and there is risk in getting the coof, both of which have risks that are different based on age, and other health factors. However that risk is relatively small for most groups, although for young people (say < 40) the risk for the vaccine may be slightly higher than the coof.
However you need to let people make their own choices. My family members got the vaccine and are fine (several months later). Others have gotten the coof (myself included) and are fine as well.

In some cases people don't show signs of symptoms until up to two months later. I think someone here mentioned that OP should monitor his brother's health (good advice) and keep emergency services on speed dial (also good advice).
The thing people need to keep in mind is that different people's bodies react differently to the messengers, and it also depends on WHERE in the body the immune system and messengers may decide to do battle (assuming they're in his bloodstream). If they aren't in his bloodstream, then maybe he'll be okay... or maybe he won't. It's a complete toss-up, but I can definitely understand why OP would be frantic and worried.
