If someone insists on pronouns, I just don't refer to them by pronouns. they only get their proper name, since they are so special and need everyone to know it. If for some reason i'm talking about the same person multiple times, it slows down the conversation so much that it really begins to grate on people, not because of me but because of the individual. Granted, I have not had many encounters with transtrenders since I moved out to the rural area, but it worked quite well back in the big city.
On paper it is a funny move. In reality you are conceding to their demands and in a sense giving their foolish position a platform and legitimacy. You will be accused of hate spee H while your kids grow up in a world that is unable to see how silly the whole thing was in the begenning.
To be fair, identifying as something other than a human being (aka otherkin) has been around for a while, r/tumblrinaction was making fun of this kind of thing years ago. It's only relatively recently that the otherkin pronoun absurdity has begun to spread elsewhere.
As if that didn't happen years ago already. It's openly talked about all over the internet and in degenerate places known as cities it's treated as no different than a preference for hair color.

We're in Canada. I have met FAR too many people who speak each of these languages to know better than to think "no one" will understand. Though nowadays, you mostly hear non-European crap, but still.
