With a the things I've been reading about and seeing in various posts/threads on forums and sites like this, I'd like to think I'm wrong but I'm expecting the following......!
A 2 year term for Biden before getting 25 amendment removal because of dementia/Alzheimer/similar.
A new war in the middle east, failing that, an upsurge of troops in Afghanistan/Iraq following an escalation of violence and the possible "false flag" bombing of US troops that are still out there.
Big tech to ramp up their "purge" of conservative voices from their platforms and for hosting to be denied to various sites (rebel news etc)
These are just the few of the ones that I've seen that I can remember, do you guys have any more to add?

It is well known that in modern two-major-party systems, the options are "Go to hell fast" or "Go to hell slightly slower". The option "change course" never appears.
Reality check for anyone that has not fully torn the veil from their eyes: the 2 parties are an illusion. The Republicans aren't even a "lesser of 2 evils" option. This idea that you have to hold your nose and compromise on the neocon/neolib is how both sides of political spectrum feel, and that situation is how these people maintain their rule together.
Yes. The flipside of "Biden from 1990 would be right-wing today" is "a right-wing today would have been a radical in 1990." "Current year" is just being replaced with "Current year - 30."

I predict it will be a bad time to be US troops. "Clap, you morons" Biden is known for his disdain for troops even in his dementia, and he's always been a real war hawk on top of that. I don't know which meat grinder they'll be deployed to, but one will happen.
Every good thing from Trump's reign will get credited to Biden, every negative thing from Biden's campaign will be blamed on Trump residual energy.
I think we all know Biden's gonna go two years and a day into his term. How he goes is the mystery: Impeachment from illness? From mental faculties? From his Hunter Biden China connections? Somehow, he will be written out for they can make a grab at 10 years.
For harder to guess, more out there predictions, I predict that the USA will repeal or functionally repeal civil rights laws. California tried it and failed, but that was before they perfected their voting system, and Cali's bad ideas tend to become the USA's bad ideas.

Economic crash as the final nail in the coffin to the middle class. The ruling class will use this chance to buy everything up at dirt low prices while everyone else struggles to survive.
Rise in crime
Increased censorship as they come down on the few censorship-free sites left. They will also pass laws to expedite this process.
Mass immigration
Increased political persecution
Increased taxes which will be advertised as taxing the rich but which will of course come up with new loop holes so that the ruling elite are not affected.
The end of US energy independence and manufacturing.
More homeless, more addicts, more suicide.
Restrictions on home school so you can't shelter your children from their propaganda.
Soft vaccine requirements, then hard requirements.
Increased actual right wing terrorism but also false flags.

Broad strokes? Further polarization. Ramped up rhetoric from both sides. More draconian laws with large numbers of people openly disregarding them. The Press won't become more biased....... because they already hit rock bottom years ago, so they will just keep doing their propaganda work. The Right will continue to arm up but more on the Left will too. Reality will finally catch up with the US economy (and other countries too), the stock market, the USD, and real estate. Cats and dogs living together! Mass hysteria! And finally....some bad things will start to happen.

The Republicans and Democrat parties will both have party splits, if not officialy then at least in practice. Populists vs neolibs/neocons, basically.
The main divide will be over cultural issues and over the rights listed in the Constitution. Specifically the First and Second amendments. Economics will no longer be as much of a division since many of the populists on the right seem to be tacitly accepting unionism, tariffs, some form of government intervention in healthcare, and other typically leftist economics.
Republicans will keep following the social overton window without trying to push back to the right.
White nationalist sentiments will grow in popularity, particularly among younger males, but will be ferociously slandered and censored by the media. Whether white nationalists have a future in American politics remains to be seen.

It was just a few days ago that Syria reported a large US convoy moving through with infrastructural Equipment to set up vases.
Yeah. Trump ordered the military out of Syria last fall and a week after the election it came out that they ignored his orders.

They attacked Trump, Sanders, and others for not having the "fitness" to be president, citing age, instability, the old "who do you want answering the red phone at 3am" argument, bitching to see Trump's medical checkup results, etc. They didn't try any of that with pedo Joe. Like they'd just forgotten or it no longer mattered. But it's as you guessed, they'll remove him and they'll paint it as 'sudden onset' and milk it for all the sympathy they can while telling Harris to stay strong while she makes awful decisions.

This will take the form of baseless Red Flag EPO confiscations of firearms, baseless FBI investigations, legal harassment (If you are a known Proud Boy or any other outspoken conservative, stand by to get audited by the IRS), and application of baking regulations to get your bank accounts cancelled, credit cards turned off, and as the legal bills stack up, asset forfeiture and seizure of property.to settle tax liens.
Inside of a year, a shooting insurgency as people are pushed past their limit, leading to even harder attempts to clamp down.
It is going to get bad, really bad.
