Last year they told me my body was not my right. They told me their governments had the right of way to my body and that I should just be violated without question.
And if you ask them now (about vaccine mandates), instead of having an ounce of fucking self awareness and decency they will still shit on you and mock you for your misfortune.
They can get fucked.
I know this. I understand your point of view. But for all the effort everyone makes to reduce it to sound bite, it's a complicated issue.
I know how horrible they are and find them reprehensible. I support bodily autonomy as a fundamental right but abortions must be limited to early term except for dangerous pregnancies.
So that's what causes all those earthquakes in California.
Thanks, man.
It's extremely hard to have faith in the system right now, but if I'm wrong I'll be very happy.
I'm grudgingly pro choice because of bodily autonomy but I can't summon sympathy for them. The derangement is very real.
Plus 99% of them spent the last year and a half smugly supporting/loudly demanding vax mandates
Between the gun decision and this decision in the last two days, you can almost feel the conservative wing of the court trying to pull us back.
Call me a cynic, but apart from consistently sensible justices like Thomas I think the supreme court is owned by the uniparty and has no interest in doing the job it's supposed to. It's probably a two pronged strategy, rile up the lefties to vote in the midterms and throw righties a few bones so they'll become complacent instead of bucking the system, which they were getting close to doing. They'll keep going back and forth like that to keep the clown world status quo shambling along.
But culturally, the pendulum is finally showing signs of swinging back. It's heartening. But leftist clown world has been so extreme that the pendulum might swing to the extreme right, which is not going to be pretty.
Normal human beings don't get very excited at the prospect of passing a new law because a school of children got massacred.
I know this ship sailed a long time ago, but politicians should never be excited about legislation. Laws should only be passed as a necessity. If they're excited about legislation, that means they're excited about controlling what citizens can, can't, or must do. Fucking psychopaths.
They learned they can get away with smearing groups as misogynist if those groups dare to criticize an abusive liar who is also a woman (if protecting them aligns with the leftist hivemind's interests)
But Amber Heard doesn't have same levels of NPC support as Quinn did. Everyone knows this is bullshit. I don't think it will work as well for them this time.
Nice trick, conflating the 'everyone homosexual should be charged with a crime and executed' with the people saying 'people who push sexual knowledge on kindergarten kids normally would, and should, be beaten up'.
And by 'nice' I mean 'tired, intellectually bankrupt and dishonest as fuck'. Because when you're a victim you don't have to take responsibility for your actions.
Is most of this happening in private messages? Like I said in another post, I found the thread in question. Out of respect for you I'm not linking it here but I'm not seeing the sort of invective that you're describing. Most people are disagreeing civilly and you're escalating by losing your cool with them.
using a feature that is designed to prevent suicide threats, but is frequently abused ("Reddit Community Support")...
They pulled the same trick on me when I used reddit, but I never had to prove that I wasn't suicidal to keep using my account. Did they add that 'feature' recently?
Militant leftists are the lowest of the low, and they're great at finding new ways to prove it.
I don't exactly wanna link it because I like to keep my socials separate (obviously), but FML it got really, really bad...
Hey man, you should be careful. I was able to find the post pretty easily and put some other pieces together too.
I'm not threatening you or anything, just advocating caution. If I didn't have new account restrictions I'd send you a more specific message but unfortunately I can't.
The timing gets the side eye from me for sure. They had 50 years to lock in federal abortion protections, Obama made it an election promise and then backed down, now it's a sudden emergency to rally the base for midterms, Biden's telling people to get out and vote... like, I know passing shit is never simple but aren't dems in control of the presidency, house and senate? But why fix something when leaving it unfixed can get people to vote for you?
It definitely gives "we need an emergency because we were going to lose the midterms" vibes.
