Appealing to the thing inside you that guides your actions. But likely you're a person without an inner monologue.

fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

There's a bubble and prices were too high without it. Both are caused by your generation being incapable of living within your means. Because dumb.

1
fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's funny; it's no wonder you guys can't afford a house if you're this retarded.

This is like a text version of Caleb Hammer's show.

fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

I didn't say anything about "should". You guys are really bad at reading.

1
fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's from your generation being bad with money and not living within their means, which are the other two of three factors I identified in my original comment.

It seems like you're actually too dumb to know you are agreeing with me.

fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

I posted a clear trend. You're just too dumb to understand that, even after having it explained to you.

But question for you, does it actually feel to you like you're saving face? You look like a retard with this.

"Oh no the housing market has been bad for a few years waaa I can't buy what I want rIGhT NoW"

You guys are pathetic whiners. Save your money, wait for the market to correct.

fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well at least thanks for admitting I was off by a degree whereas your take was just completely retarded and wrong.

Except I really wasn't. "When 30-year started" is not an exact date, and 30- and 25- and other long mortgages existed before then. They weren't typical or government backed, but they existed.

This was intentionally nebulous because you're not supposed to fixate on a number, but the idea that if you live longer you can borrow for longer. You only care about this number because you think you can save face quibbling over details, when all it shows is you're too dumb to understand the concept.

1
fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

1900: 50 years (5 year mortgage)
1930: 60 years (15 year mortgage)
1950: 68 years (30 year mortgage)
2020: 79 years (50? year mortgage)

Gee, see any trend there? You guys are fucking morons.

1
fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

Are people not living substantially longer? Are dumb people able to budget more than a month out? Are houses not several times larger now?

If it seems like what I said is retarded then why is it that every part of it was correct?

You guys are victim to the victim complex just like the lefties, only for you it's different issues like this one.

1
fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

So that's a "no". Why couldn't you just say so?

My parents in the actual suburbs bought a two-bedroom one bath house; it was made not too long after the war.

Go off and find a new two-bedroom one bath house in the suburbs. I'd like to see this unicorn.

I'm worried they'll run him for President.

The liberals will vote for him because he's an "ally" even though they're anti-Catholic in every way. Enough conservative Catholics will vote for him in the ballot box because he's got a direct line to God.

The media will say 'how dare you criticize the Pope' and that we need a moral leader to 'heal'.

1
fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

You guys are overthinking it. People are living 20 years longer than when 30-year started, dumb people can only plan as far as their monthly bills (if that), and houses are bigger so cost more.

edit: lol as predicted, the "I hate you for telling the truth" downvotes already coming in.

fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

So you guys were also asleep when Comey was indicted?

It's all histrionic "zero arrests" nonsense that you're only worked up about because you either had ridiculous expectations or are spun up by some bots. Trump doesn't determine mortgage terms, you do. It takes actual time to hire ICE agents and build facilities. And so on.

Maybe it would help you to understand that Trump doesn't hold grudges like you and I do. So being disappointed in him not extracting vengeance is you letting yourself down.

You... didn't notice all these woke outlets going out of business weeks after USAID was cut?

Trump is the pendulum swinging back and you're saying yeah, but, like what has he done for me? Ok...

fauxgnaws 5 points ago +5 / -0

This shit is absurd

Is there anything specific you're even talking about? What shit?

He hasn't failed me, he's exceeded expectations. I didn't think he'd have gotten even a fraction done in his term of what he already has (gutting USAID, ending new illegal migration, removing some of the food chemicals, defunding NPR etc).

Doesn't have to be a datacenter. It's just on the same lines as the NoVA datacenters.

They could be smelting titanium into terminator skeletons or lasering a microchip sized spaceship to Alpha Centauri at sub-light speed or whatever else that takes energy. So almost literally anything.

Growing up I never understood why Frankenstein was a thing.

Monster brought to life, finds out it can't have kids then it kills people and itself. What an amazing story /golfclap

I had suspected as much, but turns out the only reason anybody cared about this story, even back in the day, is it was written by a woman. Mary Shelly's mother was a feminist, she was a feminist, her one successful story co-authored by her actual talented husband, other works full of self-inserts and described as "hack" writing and "pedestrian". It's the prototypical woke story.

The only good things about it are the name and the "it's alive!" lightning scene. Except the name and idea are aped from her visit to Castle Frankenstein where an actual real-life mad scientist had claimed to discover an 'elixir of life', and the lightning scene was created by Hollywood.

Fuentes is well informed and accurate.

He just hasn't had much of a filter to know what things are supposedly taboo. That's what people like about him.

I don't think he's moderating his views at all, just applying more of a filter to try to avoid being murdered by leftists.

Probably essential jobs get reviewed. Like there's a list of all the essential jobs and why they're essential, and they don't want "Domestic Propagandist" getting FOIA'd.

The other thing is that if they're not essential they're legally prohibited from working. They can't log in from home and post for free, that's actually a crime.

Normally wouldn't approve of these personal favors, but guarantee some leftists in Kaiser purposely lost Scott Adams' paperwork so it balances out.

I think OP is trying to say now Cruz is on the good side again after being 'MAGA is hitler' for a while.

Cruz is a classic politician so he's just playing the system, which he feels means being a Jew pawn, while acting like he's not. It's hard to know what he actually stands for.

Cruz and Rubio were both beltway politicians, but Rubio went all-in on MAGA when he didn't have to. He could have stayed establishment and put up roadblocks like he was expected to. Cruz as a Senator hasn't really had the opportunity to go all-in since it's not executive and the only power he really has is behind the scenes deal-making. Hopefully if he ever does get exec power he'll be another Rubio, but I doubt it.

They're too lazy to implement an ID check system.
