Here. I've been posting about this. They are playing word games. This is like an extension cord taking energy from PA, to VA. NOT for MD at all, but they want to emanate domain Maryland private property for data centers in VA. I've posted many articles about it among the dumb shit.
Doesn't have to be a datacenter. It's just on the same lines as the NoVA datacenters.
They could be smelting titanium into terminator skeletons or lasering a microchip sized spaceship to Alpha Centauri at sub-light speed or whatever else that takes energy. So almost literally anything.
