It depends on when the short gets called for the stock. If the prices remain artificially high until then the hedge fund is going to get fucked. But, I doubt Gamestop is going to have that much more momentum after the initial surge. The real investors who jumped in have already jumped out and made their profits.

It's going to be pretty interesting watching gamestop now and to see who wins out. If people keep buying and driving the price up before the shorts get called. Or, if the stock collapses in a mad panic and the hedge fund makes a fortune.

It is amazing the delusions these people put themselves through. I've seen people posting about the nightmare being over. Some girl was posting that her idiot ex boyfriend told her on election night 2016 "it won't be as bad as she think it will be" and she had to make a long winded post how the last 4 years were worse than anything she could imagine.

Because they hate real working class. Real working class care about the state of the economy, jobs being lost, or prices going too high that the average american can't afford them anymore.

They exclusively cater to the poor that don't work, live in public housing, get welfare or disability for some vague disability that no one is really sure of. Those people don't care about jobs because they don't work, they don't care about prices because if they can't afford it with with their checks they put it on a credit card that they're never going to pay more than 1 payment on.

That's the funny thing about King. Somehow literary circles tricked themselves into pretending that King is a literary writer that writes deep social commentary instead of what he actually is, a genre writer that got insanely popular.

Now, I'm not saying that King is a bad writer. He is(really was) very good at what he does within his genre, he's just not a literary writer.

However, he is long past his prime of being relevant and his writing has not been good in decades. Honestly, once he became sober he lost the ability to be a good storyteller, but luckily for him he still had hordes of fans and a name to live off that kept his books selling.

The time to buy real estate is now. The housing market is going to go nuts once another round of subprime mortgaging starts. Just need to dump all the property you got before the inevitable collapse in 6 years.

It hasn't been since Hugh. His daughter pretty much ran it into the ground with stupid ideas. First they went no nudity because they wanted to be like Maxim(not sure if Maxim is even a thing anymore either). After that killed their subscriptions they brought back nudity.

Then they had a fatty on the cover, then they doubled down and had a tranny on the cover.

That's not to say that Hugh ran it amazingly. He was basically a pauper and all they had was the mansion. But he at least managed to maintain subscribers.

Funny how the first thing she did was to go file a lawsuit against him instead of going to the police and having him arrested. Not, that I think LeBeouf is a good dude or anything, he has a history of being an asshole and getting himself arrested. It just seems like a strange course of action

So basically what everyplace does anyway. Most places have front of the house tip out to back of the house. They're just legalizing what was always the practice.

The reason V has nothing in the corpo background as well is because they froze all his accounts once he got terminated which is typical corpo practice.

If you do the corpo background you get a quest down the line where a former coworker hires you and you find out that he got fired as well(had his accounts frozen) and is trying to bring V in to get his life back.

I can't wait for the articles about the disease with the 99.9% survival rate whose vaccine causes massive side effects is devastating minority communities and why that is racist in 6 months.

Because they don't want to work. As soon as anything happens they don't want to go back to school. Meanwhile the funny thing is in the same breath they'll talk about how they're essential workers and just as important as cops and firefighters. But they don't want the downside of being essential.

When hurricane sandy hit NYC the schools were shutdown for 2 weeks. At the end of the 2 weeks when schools were reopening they told the teachers they needed to come in a day before for workshops to receive instructions on how to deal with students affected by the storm. The rants teachers went on you thought they were being asked to go in during the storm. They were up in arms in how they were affected by the hurricane and shouldn't have to come in. Meanwhile real essential workers were working the entire time. And nearly every other working person in the city returned to work 3 days after the storm.
