Does this even mean anything? I keep seeing it applied to various issues, and almost always there's nothing backing up the statement other than a deep desire for it to be true.

It certainly isn't proof or anything, but it does raise my eyebrow.

It's clear that power users like u/Maxwellhill steer reddit, and we know that pizzagate is one of the most aggressively suppressed scandals on reddit. Then this extremely active power user, named Maxwell, went silent at the same time Maxwell was arrested.

Do not discount the number of bots present on social media sites. I would be willing to wager that even if there were zero people posting, reddit would still appear to be fairly active.

Also, Digg died when people left for reddit. I'm suspecting that a lot of the people leaving social media sites right now are simply going offline instead of moving elsewhere.

That involves a tiny fraction of the jobs that are actually urbanized though.

Been playing a bunch of Neon Tail the last few days. It's an [Early Access] indie game, so be aware that it still needs a lot of content and polish, but I'm really enjoying it.

The game is a JetSetRadio clone, and certainly has a great feel too it. Somehow the default music track hasn't gotten old 8 hours in.
