I'm really not sure what to think. Initially I thought he'd pull votes from Trump as of his followers believe most of what he has to say then they are more likely to vote Trump.
Most people think he will take the black vote away from Biden. I have no idea, I just can't see why the majority of black people would vote Biden by default.
I feel the same way about this as I felt when Trump announced he was running.

Kanye's testing the waters, building his brand, and trying to get his message out there. He's not trying to win... this year.
At least, I assume this is the case, because he's an intelligent man who has made shrewd, brand-conscious business decisions in the past.

He also might take votes of the black voter base.
Biden is really strong with that demographic which is one of the main reasons he won the primaries. Trump while better than most repubs is not.
If Kanye can draw some of them to him then it will more likely hurt Biden than Trump. The question will be will the black voter base vote on policy and party lines or will they vote purely on race of the candidate (because lets be serious... Kanye).
Aren't blacks a little bit more racist? Thanks to education? So the chance isn't that small. Let's see what will happen.

isnt it too late for him to run in some states?? also others require a few thousand signatures... I dont think hes running until 2024
