I work in residential development as a lender so pre-sales is a large part of my job since they're a requirement to do the developments I lend to.

I would say 85% of presales are in fact regular Joes. Only 15% of presales are "investors". Most new developments, besides high-rises aren't on a 5 year timeframe. They're more like ~12 months on average. Most people can afford to wait 12 months before they get into their new house. Still, even on the high-rises, that's still a 24-months timeline NOT 5 years. Even 24-months most people can afford to wait. Some people even prefer waiting. Maybe you put 5% down and then 24-months later you have enough saved for 20% down to complete your purchase. If you've been renting for 10 years, what's another 12-24 months?

Truthfully, we should be deporting everyone that immigrated since ~1850s... We don't need the Irish or the Italians here... but to an extent, we kind of already missed that boat.

I think where we can fix things here is to deport all non-Whites. Things truly started to go significantly downhill when both the USA/Canada started allowing non-White immigrants in which was around the 1960s. If we just deport all non-Whites, we can start our society anew.

I'm not talking about the Torontos... I'm talking much smaller. How many towns in the mountains can just build more roads in the mountains to sustain a higher population? Sure, maybe Sask or Alberta can cause it's flat but then you find out the natives own most of the land near the city so where do landfills go? The natives want too much money to build on their land.

Conservatives might even make things worse. They're coming up with very macro-level policies to try to solve things that may just end up fucking up the planning of cities and end up fucking cities up. I don't want to begin to explain but some areas in Canada truly can't sustain more people because there's no room and the cost to expand is just too high for the services that would be needed to grow the city. The conservatives want to force these cities to grow which is just going to end up bringing in immigrants to good white cities and clog up the roads and overstrain the services. They're just going to make things worse.

That seems likely, perhaps we should increase the UBI even higher.

I was thinking if they were convicted felons or drug addicts we should give them twice the typical UBI so $200k/yr for drug addicts. We should probably scale it down to $25k/yr if the receiver is White given their privilege. $0 if they're White and male.

It is being done on purpose because the controllers of society don't want you to start questioning why given our modern technology does the architecture, materials and construction of these old buildings seem to be far beyond anything in modernity.

I think you're a little too harsh on the sluts. There's prostitutes in modern society that can fuck a few new guys a day and still not catch STIs or getting knocked up. There's precautions that can be taken.

In any event I still consider these sluts superior to the women selling products to simps. These women selling a product are a huge detriment to men in society. A slut can always be a wife if she wants to and while she's not a wife she can indulge the men in having enjoyable sex.

I've always respected the women that enjoy having sex with men far more than the women who look at men as customers and despise men's sexual attraction toward them.

The real life women are off limits to 99% of men so when they dress like whores but then make themselves off limits to 99% of men, they're insulting 99% of men. What women are saying is "check out how hot I am. Does this turn you on? Well, you can't have this because you aren't good enough for it." Women in real life dressing like whores but then turning 99% of men down are insulting the men. It's a taunt and an insult. It's demeaning to the men.

On the other hand, video game women are available to all men who fantasize about them. These girls can't turn any man down so every man has equal opportunity to fantasize about the women and that fantasy will always live up to itself because the girl will never turn the guy down since she isn't real. That makes these video game characters not an insult of men but rather a fantasy for men to lust over and feel good about it.

One is fiction/fantasy, the other is real life. That's the ultimate difference.

Quite honestly, if a girl dressed like a slut and slept with most men instead of thinking she was too good for most men, I actually wouldn't have a problem with her. She would be a fun nice girl in my books. The problem with modern women is they dress like whores/sluts and act like they're too good for 99% of men. Their mere existence is an insult to men.

It's definitely men trying to navigate the system. Absolutely no man wants to be with a whore if holding all else constant he was just choosing between a whore and a non-whore.

The big problem though comes back to physical appearance and sexuality. In modernity, if a woman is somewhat sexually appealing and good looking, it's almost all but a guarantee she's a whore. If she's sexy, hot and not a whore she's pretty much a 10/10 and out of most men's league.

So the choice for a lot of men is ugly and not sexy regular woman or hot and sexy reformed slut/whore. A lot of guys would actually rather roll the dice with the reformed slut/whore because even if she divorce rapes you because you can't turn a whore into a housewife, at least he'll have good sex (the hope anyway) for the time he spends with her. To a lot of men the average not so attractive, not so sexy women who aren't whores and are available are entirely unappealing.
