My ex worked in a media center for teens in Chicago. It wasn't a nigger area of Chicago but close enough. It had Apples and PCs, recording equipment, adobe suites, microsoft, all graphics and audio design programs, everything you could imagine. They had desktops and laptops kids could borrow.
