There is a time and a place to fight bad arrests and illegal charges. That place is later, with a lawyer.

Once the process of arrest starts, it can only end either with the suspect in custody OR with the suspect dead.

If the police accept escalating violence as a reason to stop an arrest, the suspect now has an incentive to become violent enough, fast enough to be released and then to repeat that process forever, evading arrest.

If a suspect escalates to lethal force (guns are always lethal force) then the police are duty-bound by their service to the wider community to shoot the suspect dead. It is the fastest way to end the threat and (just as important) it sends a message to anyone else who might think of pulling a gun on cops.

Australia has laws that allow the government to secretly order a company to write software and use its update-distribution framework to target some or all of their users.

For example. The Aussie Government could order Apple Australia to write and push a patch that defeated phone cryptography or installed a back door. It would be illegal for Apple Australia to tell anyone.

Should I have called the mods Nigger Lovers instead? Massive Faggots is traditional.

So you remain confident in your ability to resist the lure of anal violation?

Just admit that you stroke yourself while you think about banning people. Honesty is good for the soul.

What the fuck is kotaku? Some pervy anime shit? Wanted to ask for ages.

Assuming that is an honest question:

When GamerGate first kicked off, the community was looking for a place to discuss The Happenings. Kotaku In Action was a subreddit that was not being used at the time, so people found there way there and started talking about what was going on.

Kotaku was a shitty gaming website that was (at the time) had a big readership. The 'Games Journalists' there were up to their armpits in the GamerGate debacle. The website has lost money, laid off staff and been sold three times since GamerGate. The ultimate legacy of GamerGate was to sink the entire business model of sites like Kotaku.

So, initially the subreddit 'Kotaku In Action" was supposed to be for reporting retarded shit happening at the Kotaku Gaming Site. It wasn't ever really used for that.

A huge problem with female military officers is that they keep fucking men in their command. This utterly destroys unit morale.

No one wants to talk about it, and no one knows how to stop it from happening.

While elections administration is primarily a state responsibility under the U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 4), the Elections Clause explicitly gives Congress the power to "make or alter" state regulations for federal elections (times, places, and manner). This includes measures like voter ID requirements for federal ballots to help ensure integrity. If fraud in one state (e.g., non-citizen voting or lax verification in large Democrat-run states) affects the national outcome, it directly harms voters in every other state; including red ones like Texas or Iowa. Federal elections aren't purely "state domain" when they determine national representation and policy. The alternative to targeted federal standards (like the SAVE Act's proof-of-citizenship for federal voter registration) isn't just leaving it to states; it's risking outcomes swayed by the most permissive jurisdictions.

Its pretty well established knowledge that Epstein and Trump are a duo

That is stupid. Trump assisted the prosecution to try to jail Epstein in 2000 or so.

Bill Clinton and Epstein is actually true.

Not published yet.

I have given up on writing tabletop campaigns; my party never puts in even close to the amount of work that I do, and half the time they don't even show up.

So I am writing again. This past calendar year I have two novellas and an anthology of childrens' stories.

I have two SF novels in progress. One is more than half way done. It requires some more drafting and then I will start editing it and revisions.

I am not published anywhere yet. I am deeply unimpressed with many of the options.

First I should finish something I am proud of, then I will figure out what to do with it.

Cry me a river. Seriously.

I live in a time where as an aspiring writer, the entire publishing industry has been taken over by woke white women.

SF as a genre has imploded, and SF publishers are going down the toilet, fighting off every effort to salvage the situation. Baen Books was founded to be new player in the game and rose to prominence publishing great actual SF for men. They have been shoveling out romantacy slop for women, by women for more than a decade. The last of their recognizable authors has jumped ship and they will go down the gurgler in a moment.

This is happening across the entire publishing industry. Male Authors, or even Authors who write for men haven't been able to make a living by writing fiction in about fifteen years or so.

Women captured publishing as an industry and have been gatekeeping it for more than ten years.

Why should I give a tiny fuck that the internet or AI will push them out of business?

I still write. Novellas, short stories, anthologies, children's books, novels. I probably won't ever see a cent for any of it; it doesn't matter how good it is.

Go shout at the clouds, mate.

Coloring books are really not that hard to make. Honestly.

You can even curate a bunch of public domain images and release them as PoD on Amazon for free.

You could encourage the reporting of inappropriate material in books aimed at children.

Or you could actually pick up a marker and trace some images and photocopy them for your kid.

Up to you, bro.

So ... the driver isn't responsible as long as the car is stolen? Is that the point you are making?

I'm trying to understand here. Am I close?

DemolitionsPanda 4 points ago +4 / -0

The system is working as intended.

Cop cars have a GPS and an uplink with at least the dash-cam and perhaps more cameras. They are installed to protect the police.

If some idiot wants to commit a serious crime and get videoed doing it, then let them. Turn up later when the car is stopped, arrest them and lock them up forever. Problem solved.

Except the policing, prosecution and jail part are all broken ... sooooo.

Merry Christmas. May your stockings be stuffed with all of the best demolition equipment and consumables.

I roasted.mu first turkey this year. It turned out great, and was a big hit at the Christian Fellowship Christmas Potluck.

I even made 'dressing' and turkey gravy..it was very moist.

My the Good Lord bless you in this season and watch over you and your family, always.

Cohabitation vs "Common Law Marriage" very much depends on the legislation of your local state or territory.

In Australia or the UK, if you live together for six months as husband and wife (sharing a bed, etc.) then you are De Facto Married.

In some places it is as little as twelve weeks living together. Almost everywhere if you live together and share a bed and have a child ... then you are De Facto Married, backdated to the day she moved in.

That only works if they your son and his girl never cohabitate.

She must maintain a residence. She can stay over as many nights as she wants, but she has to pay rent on her own place; otherwise it is a de facto relationship or "common law marriage" as they are called.

When a kid is born, start with a 50/50 time sharing arrangement out of the gates. That way when she eventually leaves to go chasing butterflies and be a skateboard for Chad and Tyrone, then there is already a 50/50 custody arrangement in place.

Never combine finances. Never share ownership of assets. Never let her move in. Don't lend her your car, buy her a shit-box of her own as a birthday present.

The chances are that your son will be too dumb to take this advice seriously until he has been gutted like a fish for the first time.

Poland is a country that I consider to be doing well on the face of the globalist driven wave of immigration and cultural erasure.

They are very Christian indeed, and they don't think much of Jews either.

Point to a culture that is doing better.

I just looked. It is available over the counter in Pharmacies in Australia. It isn't cheap, but if it works? It sounds great. I'll try it.
