Are you sure that the distinction between public and private matters, considering any rational for divestment would be a matter of national security, and foreign actors/investment?

I remember taking a cursory look when the Trump edict came out and the wording to justify such an act did not include that distinction. Neither do I see it now at an extremely cursory glance at the summary.

There are reasons not to do this arbitrarily, but if the government wanted to under the security clause, ultimately they can even if the process is disputed along the way.

No, I don't watch TV and the only time I watch SNL is when catching some old Norm MacDonald clips.

He's an authoritarian faggot who has bamboozled the world into thinking he was a philanthropist despite being an absolute snake in both business and post-retirement endeavors.

No doubt the pity parade will come out when he's rinsed of some billions in court. The ideal outcome would be him committing double sudoku, which, unfortunately, is extremely unlikely.

It was worthless once Billy left. Don't give them clicks. There's literally nothing of value there anymore.

Yeah, alright, after today I rescind the earlier "of course" on Rittenhouse being eventually acquitted.

Conundrum:

  • Men are no better than women, biology is bigotry.
  • Women belong in the military, denial is bigotry.
  • Laws for military draft permit only men, which is...

...something that fractures liberals. Biden administration would rather not broach the topic for <some> reasons, while others like the ACLU decry this as bigotry.

I, for one, am against such constitutional misogyny.

Sounds like a great place. I'm in a mostly urban and liberal location, one where there a lot of NPC parodies that claim to be human.

For areas like mine, it's obviously why they're going to great lengths to make an example of Rittenhouse; he'll eventually be found not guilty, of course, but the expensive bail and lengthy delays are unsurprising.

Breaking immersion for a moment, Fauci's doubling down on his hypocrisy - https://archive.vn/lHbkh - read some of that bullshit.

And he's still pro-lockdown even with the spread of untested vaccines because why wouldn't he? It's literally in his business interests.

This is the 'leading expert' for this scandemic. But we saw the CDC waffling about in literally the initial months of 2020, so nothing new really.

Completely peaceful protest.

ZeroHedge was a little too liberal, which is why I went with Epoch Times for the thread. I've been avoiding them lately since I got pretty sick of them for yammering on Bitcoin. They just wouldn't shut up.

But I still like them for their doomsday articles about inflation and stuff. Plus, they're rabid on topics like Yellen and throw in things like the SEC scrutiny on SPACs (RIP), which is a bit of a novelty for a (somewhat) general news site.

Edit: The ZH link is mainly for spelling out some obvious dynamics despite potentially excessive editorialization.

Probably not out-right suicide, at least not for most, but they did let themselves be used as physical shields even after being explicitly told their roles were as such.

Then there's the more harmless stuff like kneeling and kissing black people's shoes to combat systematic racism / inner whiteness / privilege or whatever imaginative terms they come up with.

Didn't even know there was one, which I guess was the plan:

Planned “White Lives Matter” rallies in major cities throughout the country on Sunday turned out to be a flop as hardly anyone showed up to the events. Instead, anti-racist and anti-fascist counterprotesters emerged in significant numbers, essentially drowning out the few protesters who appeared.

False flag rally naturally has no attendance, and counter-protesters en masse are lauded for their brave and stunning fight against racism and injustice.

They're (seemingly) trying to get more people doxed and arrested in lieu of the extremely violent January 6, 2021 Capitol Day of Mourning by data mining the WIN forums.

Well, that's probably a starting point. Next up are the psychopaths spreading anti-vax agenda and endangering the nation's health.

You'd think with all those angry right-wing terrorists in-house, we'd get a little more mayhem than an orderly picnic march through the Capitol.

This conspiracy theory will never not be funny.

Saw this on RT, loved this bit as well:

Another bit of technology highlighted during the ‘60 Minutes’ segment that could directly affect viruses like Covid was a dialysis machine that would be used to filter and detox blood and then reinsert the blood into a patient until the virus is removed from the body.

Can't wait for my special biological 'check engine light' so I can undergo 'detox' to kill that pesky virus immediately on site.

Fuck you, it's called peaceful protesting. And they hit up a Five Below too, to promote diversity.

What, you thought they cared about men's consent?

No, or I wouldn't have pointed out the contradiction in the 1st place.

I was trying to say that I agree ideologically with the responsibility stance. Of course, in practice, men get fucked over when it comes to reproductive consequences as explicitly noted, which is how it's unreasonable.

Not dissimilar to child care, but that's effectively a lifetime of being screwed over.

I don't know if this is an unpopular stance but I agree, people should be held responsible for their actions. Still, it's at odds with the female abortion stance of "my body, my choice". Pick one.

Bill does address abortion as a conditional waiver barring some exceptions:

144 biological father's consent, the biological father owes no duty under this section, unless: 145 (a) the abortion is necessary to avert the death of the mother; or 146 (b) the mother was pregnant as a result of: 147 (i) rape, as described in Section 76-5-402; 148 (ii) rape of a child, as described in Section 76-5-402.1; or 149 (iii) incest, as described in Subsection 76-5-406(2)(j) or Section 76-7-102.

The definition of rape in § 76-5-402, per casetext:

(1) A person commits rape when the actor has sexual intercourse with another person without the victim's consent.

Excluding cases where statutory rape is easily provable / not in doubt, that definition is and has been prone to abuse. Then again, skimming the titles of Chapter 5, maybe this is standard legalese since 'sexual assault kits' are mentioned in later sub-sections.

Edit: I'll add that child support laws are bullshit and need an overhaul for men's rights. My comments are strictly on the granular topic.

Very noticeable names missing:

  1. Alphabet/Google
  2. Amazon
  3. Facebook
  4. Oracle

Think those are it for the heavy hitters, but obviously a ton of other names not listed.

Chabloz, of St Johns Wood, London, was convicted of three counts of sending by a public communications network an offensive, indecent or menacing message or material.

Modern day UK, and coming to a USA near you soon! Western society is fucked.

They've been milking the BLM artificial movement for ages, and the current trend is battling 'hate against asians'.

Forced masks, vaccinations, freedom cards, gun seizures, and correct speech down our throats.
