My first thought was Vicki Lawrence.

At least Lawrence was a decent actress--and the greatest Pyramid player to ever live, which was why she kept getting brought back in the 1980s.

Far from it. For one, they don't play baseball anymore.

My response:

"With every word, your wrinkles deepen. Enjoy the wall."

Fair enough, but I didn't see any comments saying where they were from--I myself had forgotten Morgan State existed--so I had to give the full context.

The last several years have shown me that the old ways are the best ways.

Was looking up clips of Michael Jordan's prime. So physical, I love it.

Good Lord, almost every play in 1992 would be whistled for fouls three times over today because the rule changes have made everything that WORKS on defense illegal.

EDIT: Just found a video contrasting a game from this year against the tough, physical, non-bitching players of the 1993 All-Star Game, the latter of which doesn't fucking count for anything.

They're not playing baseball.

Baseball is played in open air, no domes, pitchers hitting, on real grass.

It's from Morgan State University, a historically-black college.

But the point remains.

Despite what Conor McGregor says, natural talent is absolutely a thing.

I recently learned that Tim Follin and Yuzo Koshiro started composing video game music when they were TEENAGERS.

How many people learn the art for far longer before getting good?

Got it. Didn't know it was a font--I thought it was made up for Defunctland's logo.

Is That Park Place run by the same guys that make Defunctland videos?

The logo looks VERY similar.

Damn it, you made me read that title in the voice of Buzz the gopher from No Good Gofers.

And I'm 99% sure you just had to Mojeek what that was.

"Not looking like an over sensitive loser is an upside."

Nah mate.

You could tell it was Alicia Keys on voiceover?

in order to deliver to many countries

I say this as an anime fan of over 25 years:

If this is what exporting anime leads to?

Fuck it. Anime for the Japanese ONLY. Never export. Keep your identity.

"And I won't buy it."

BlackRock pays more than you could ever withhold.

I said it before, I'll say it again:

It's not superhero fatigue.

The movies started sucking.

You don't hear of comedy fatigue.

I believe Pokemon Red and Blue were briefly given M ratings on the 3DS eShop because of...the Celadon Game Corner slot machines.

Yet NBA 2K is E for Everyone.

Yes, when the US version is shown or read over there, it is renamed to simply "Dennis" for this reason.

It's one of the great coincidences of history.

And yet I still find people saying it's NOT a coincidence...to which I quote Deep Space Nine:

"I believe in coincidences. Coincidences happen every day. But I don't trust coincidences."

Fun fact: Jay North, Dennis on that show, would years later voice Bamm-Bamm Rubble.

I've heard this is basically law in Australia.

Apparently, some judge there ruled that all porn actresses MUST be at least a C-cup.

Otherwise they could be seen as underaged.

Because petite builds do not exist.
