Douglas Murray said it best: no poster for missing cats and dogs are torn down. Not even by Muslims.

But they'll tear down posters commemorating these three girls.

Wait, you actually SUPPORT laws against jaywalking? Can you explain why? Never been to a country where I needed the government's permission to cross the street.

Even something reasonable, they do for a dumb reason.

Trump sacrificed the RNC GOTV operation in favor of spending the money on 'combating fraud'. If it is going on, and something can be done, it will be done. No need to give up before a single ED vote is cast.

Keep calm and support the Bad Orange Man.

Imagine thinking that the rich have done well by us.

Trump's odds have been rising on other sites as well, just not quite as far as on Polymarket. Could just be arbitrage, but those opportunities should dry up very quickly for those who have the cash and trust these sites.

Cause people with inherited wealth, and wealth generally, are retarded.

I'd be more worried about votes not mattering at all than to try to limit what doesn't matter.

Because inherited wealth makes better decisions?

Kim Jung Un is the moral superior of the lowlifes in charge of the UK - the Deep State, not Labour, this same thing happened under the 'Conservatives'.

The fat cunt is proving Imp's point.

"Thank you so much for saving everyone in this subway car, but I'm afraid we now have to jail you for the rest of your life."

I'm not sure. I think they showed that they'll celebrate whoever the television tells them to celebrate.

I'm tired of pretending that these people have their own opinions, when I can just turn on CNN and discover what they 'think'.

First of all, I like that you voice unpopular views, especially as it's not "media orthodoxy" either, but your own unique point of view.

But what makes you think that this is necessary for anyone? If people have 'mental distress that is so distress that they will self-harm', that is a mental issue. If you have a mental issue that tells you that your arm should not be there, the solution is not to chop off your arm, but to cure that.

Clearly, that doesn't work. You created an interest group fighting for the 'rights' of these perverts. Just like it doesn't work to let people be obese, because due to their sheer size and numbers, they will then try to get special privileges on that basis.

Video games and alcohol are good in small doses. Mutilation in small doses is also bad. Cars have huge advantages that grossly outweigh car crashes. Mutilation has no advantages.

Also, what people do to their bodies doesn't stay private. Those mutilated freaks will then demand access to women's spaces.

Request and pay for out of pocket? Sure why not.

First, do no harm.

I would not even have an objection to this specifically if you could pay a doctor to amputate your arm without any cause, though I find that undesirable, but my main issue is that this form of mutilation has special status.

It's not OK for adults either. I know some people are on the "adults should be able to do with their own bodies" tour, and that's true to some extent. This in no way requires doctors to be complicit in what you do.

You're free to hack off your hand, because you are transabled, but you're not free to demand that a doctor do that for you.

If "most people" aren't, then I'm not talking about "most people".

I tend to agree with most of what you say in this comment - though I didn't find him either lovable or hateable, just a little annoying.
