He denied it several times, but then admitted it probably did effect his writing, just not directly. He wrote Luthien while recovering from the battle.

That dots thing made me think he had rolled some dice and decided on how to respond.

The dice rolled an 8, guess I'm an anti Semite this week.

There was an episode or two where Frazier's new on air assistant gave her opinions and people liked her more. She was a big black woman.

Frazier of course hated it.

A roommate of mine once won a state championship in highschool by investing in Playboy, toilet paper, and Pens. These were stocks that paid off well, but didn't rise or shrink that much. What we see a lot of is people wanting to see rise and sell before it drops. That's basically gambling.

If you really want to get I to financial problems it's risky vs reward. Videogames were basically money laundering for decades because no one thought it would be worth enough to actually invest in. We have no real way to invest in the next big tech except through laundering fronts and porn.

There's a great book by the director of Troma films, who talked directly about getting financing. It's one of the only times I have seen someone actually talk about it. Stuff like Hollywood and videogames refuse. So, I think that's an answer, if a bit toxic and cannibalistic.

Why is the American cinema like living in East Germany?

  • First you get in line and get a ticket
  • Then you get in line to get some food
  • Then you get in line to give your ticket to the right man
  • Then you sit at your designated space to watch someone else live happily ever after

The People's Constable of East Germany woke up and opened the window and greeted the sun.

It greeted him back with a smile

Later that day the constable returns home from work and bids the sun goodnight

The sun does not respond.

The constable tries a few times more, and starts demanding to know why the sun doesn't respond at sundown

"Kiss my ass, I'm in the west now."

As a kid growing up we had two Santas. German Santa and American Santa both had beards, but it ended there.

The lines for KFC on Christmas day... Did your Colonel get decorated?

I think half the problems today are that all of our problems were solved in the 90's, and the NEWS just kept saying it still existed, or made up stuff even worse.

My friend worked in an office with tiny little Obasama, who loved to talk crap all day. It was hilarious to watch him gossip next to them. They kept a score book of people we scared at which area.

They are administration, while the talent is easily replaced by the next kid who wants to prove himself.

Lived in Hokkaido during the 00's. I made a game of seeing how many people ran away from my black friend. It was hilarious every time.

I should add we were both over 6 feet tall.

It's the reason why I say his first name is actually Gofak as a true Scottish name.

Welcome to third party companies. It's like this all over. Dynasty Warriors is made in Vietnam. Disney and Universal have the same third party companies. NDAs are insane when you realize the guy who signed it also signed one to not reveal what he is designing for the competitor. Companies like Nintendo, Sega, and Namco swap employees all the time.

We are seeing the company, they dont.
