Sony was doing this in 2004.

That's basically my 12 year old trying to justify his stupidity.

They have a real axis to burn.

I've met way too many people who fear everything they're told to fear. Even when rape is incredibly rare, every woman I know thinks for certain it will happen to them.

I nicknamed it the shark effect. Everyone is scared of sharks, but it's so rare that the first shark attack at a surfing competition happened a few years ago. Yet laws, bridges, and tons of resources are put in to stop these attacks. Then all of these resources are praised, even though the numbers never changed.

Wesley Snipes went to a fairly famous highschool in Orlando and Florida that has a museum to show it's history. He has a small shrine dedicated to him in it. I was there because the school was moving the museum to a larger area and needed estimates and ideas on what to do. I kept thinking about Blade as I made plans and wrote stuff up.

The rocky mountain oyster festival didn't help either.

I feel like sperging, so sorry.

Vampires came from an older myth called Alp or Alf depending on where you were. They were travelers that had the ability to control minds and drank blood or ate food raw. If they were in a lactose tolerant area, the people were able to be reasoned with while the lactose intolerant areas had them as more blood thirsty. They likely needed proteins commonly found in both. Also they were travelers so they had tracking skills, and better eyesight than others at night.

My family is actually Woelkerwandurung and have been wandering for ages. We can see in darker areas and have a protein problems. So it's a weird thing to think about, but my declaration as a goth nerd in the 90's is true, I'm a vampire.

Within classic Germanic Christian lore, anything that isn't human is soulless. Therefore all creatures great and small are not allowed at the big kids table of heaven. The little mermaid ended with the character working to gain a soul in the afterlife.

Therefore anything that makes you inhuman or is not quite human itself is without soul. It listens to jazz and has no clue what it means.

So then we can blame Rocky Mountain Oysters instead of bats.

What I've observed is that any country that is industrious and controlled by American military will become this over worked rank system culture. They will follow every law and not question it to a T. In Japan, I watched people do everything the police said, and then do what they wanted on the next street over. I also watched traffic get stopped because an older man or woman just crossed the street when they dang well pleased. The most accurate character in the Mulan animation is the grandma.

If math homework was done, students looked at manga, read about cars, and the teacher did nothing. The law was followed, and that was all they required.

If I had to deal with people who thought I was foreign and was scum, I acted dumb until they left. If they tried to speak English to me, I just spoke German or Spanish.

All that said, when my parents moved to Spokane, we were really shocked that the police arrived in force any time we called them. It never happens in other parts of Washington, especially Yakima where they lived previously.

In Jason X, they catch Jason in a Holodecks with teenage coeds sleeping in the woods everywhere. He picks up one sleeping bag and beats the other one with it. So, no, I can't say it's feminist.

I just watched The Void, thanks for the recommendation BTW, and I can't find a single feminist trope in it. I could point out plot holes, or things medical staff will never do, but not feminist.

See, it's not just me. Also that looks like an academic book promotion.

Stopping evil by being evil is such a trick, and yet it works every time.

He denied it several times, but then admitted it probably did effect his writing, just not directly. He wrote Luthien while recovering from the battle.
