Robert Barnes said it was good for a while. It probably started to fall apart as Civil Rights were being implemented fully. Less and less cases for them and they lost their purpose. It's a similar reason why the left keeps making all these problems; there wasn't much to fix, so they started breaking things so they could "fix" them.
Go protest, and spend some money by taking an uber there. Win for uber, and a loss to the people living in that area. I mean a good commie never takes inferior shit, like peasant transports(buses, subways or trains) or bread. They prefer posh shit, like cake, caviar and uber.
