When whites inevitably form their own exclusive communities, they should look at how the wealthy structure their living arrangements and consider forming co-op communities whose admittance can be legally controlled by a board who can reject applicants for any reason, provided they keep quiet about their reasoning.
Are they making a white only school? Indian only? Asian only? What?

Come to think of it all-boys schools probably do have to hire women teachers, since that's an employment situation. If they were all clergy, they might get a pass, but it's the Catholics that have gender segregated clergy, and there have been women teachers in catholic schools for a long time.
