There's not a single AAA western game developer that hasn't been transformed into a jobs program for women, minorities, and leftist activists. Literally every single studio being slashed or shuttered by Microsoft 100% deserves it for making shitty video games no one wanted. These "industry wide" layoffs aren't happening in eastern Europe, Asia, or indie. Only bloated woke western companies are suddenly imploding. And no executive or media dares to say it out loud because they would be destroyed for it. Nevertheless, it is so obviously fucking true.

Something I realized today. I guess I was kinda getting a bit of a nostalgia itch, and for me despite my age it isn't the whole 8-bit jump around some platforms thing. It's FPS games. There's tons and those. More specifically I mean the years and years of military FPS games we had. I mean yeah they still sort of make them, but it's definitely not the sand people anymore it's anti-woke shit. The kind of thing where I'd expect the military to be raiding a place because they refuse to cut off boys cocks.
So, I have tons of these games, so I fired up Call of Duty 4 to replay. Immediately I'm collaborating with Russians to go after a muzzie in the desert. I mean when is the last time we had a game about raiding the middle east? It seems like the Jews would love games about killing Nazis in the past and Muslims in the present.

I bought a Series X and would gladly trade it for a PS5 if I wasn't so deeply invested in Xbox's digital game store. I'd really like to get into Gran Turismo now that Forza is dead and abandoned and Horizon is no longer an exclusive. Xbox slept through this generation.
I always wonder about Gran Turismo 7. I'm not buying a console for it though. The AI in Forza makes me want to break things, and I'm so bored with Horizon I don't want another reskin. I've sort of resigned my car games to old and weird anymore.

Is that the one they "remade" or whatever? I played one of the old 360 ones before. I have Grid Legends on PC and didn't even know it or how I got it, but I never tried it because then I have to screw with making that EA app work and it has like a black woman or an indian or something as the main cover so I assumed it was terrible.
If it's a remake I wasn't aware. But I was being slightly facetious because basically what I was saying was the nest game to come out on Xbox ni the last 5 years or so is an 8 bit bullet hell game you could probably replicate on a Dreamcast. Having said taht - I have reached some massive amount of things happening on screen at once and on X it doesn't slow down but does on Xbox S
Oh yeah I can’t even think of the newest game I’ve bought on my Xbox. It may be Forza Horizon 5 funny enough or something from around then. I never bought the new one, I have the old One X. It’s fine. I still play old 360 stuff on it more than anything.
I can’t think of many games newer than 2021 much worth it anyway. I wouldn’t be shocked if I as a whole have fewer than can be counted on your fingers.
They finally gave us Japan but I'm skipping Horizon 6 for now. It's absolutely a re-skin of Horizon 5 and I'm good on that front after 4+ years of that game. The only thing is has going for it is the FOMO from collecting new cars every week.
If I can find a good deal on a PS5, I'd really consider buying one for GT7.
Backwards compatibility, game pass, dev mode emulation, the quick resume feature. Optimized games feel on the whole more stable than some if the same games on ps5. Don't need to sign on for many local players, it just picks up other controllers (great for fighting games). And the portability, i bought a 2nd series x and 2nd hand series s for about $400 combined
Overall I found it more practical, more functional, and better value than ps5.
I have a PC too so whatever I don't play on Xbox, pc makes up for.
There was a time when I was looking after 5x PS5s for my game group and for that whole year I kept playing on my series s
Not being facetious, but what did they make that was actually good or worth buying this gen? I've been mostly out of the loop. I used to like Xbox more than PlayStation, but after the Xbox One it seemed like the only good thing about Xbox was backwards capability (just 'till I found out most the games I liked couldn't be played so I had to get them via emulator).
