Backwards compatibility, game pass, dev mode emulation, the quick resume feature. Optimized games feel on the whole more stable than some if the same games on ps5. Don't need to sign on for many local players, it just picks up other controllers (great for fighting games). And the portability, i bought a 2nd series x and 2nd hand series s for about $400 combined
Overall I found it more practical, more functional, and better value than ps5.
I have a PC too so whatever I don't play on Xbox, pc makes up for.
