4th highest in the world is a wild claim that really needs good data to support. Nothing about what I know about IQ would lead me to predict Iran has an average IQ above 100. Perhaps, if you take a grouping of just the most racially pure aristocratic Persians I could see it but if you take such a specific grouping of people among any race/country you'd get high IQs also.
There are Iranians who could pass for northern European; others who are ethnically Central Asian Turk (think east Asian eyes, etc.); many who are Arab; some who are more sub-continental Dravidian; many who are of the Mediterannean types, etc. The majority of the population is substantially more caucasoid than you would find in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, etc.

I think it's just the jewish programming that's meant to make you think of them as subhuman, so that you'd be more willing to accept a war against them.. "because they're just violent savages that hate freedumbs, and we gotta liberate them". Another thing I think is that the US greatly underestimated Iran, and thought they could be done with them within 48 hours, precisely because of this sort of thinking.

I just love that style of animation. It reminded me of Patlabor and Batman Ninja. Even when I do my own AI art, I aim for that style but it's hard because models lean heavily towards the usual big-eyed big-headed girls.
