The jews have never faced a bigger behemoth than Greek bureaucracy (women's suffrage was successfully delayed for almost 20 years because of it), so unless they want to buy a tiny, arid, uninhabited island where they can't build shit, they'll have to spend decades haggling with random inheritors that own a hundredth of an acre.
