My old co worker finally got a job at one of the big energy supplier corporations after applying a bunch of times and he earned over 200k his first year there, same with the next couple years after that. How much you make there all depends on how big the city is and how old their infrastructure is. Big cities that have old infrastructure need constant repairs, so there’s always overtime available if you want it, plus those workers are already earning tons of money hourly without the OT. Idk what he gets paid hourly now, he’s been there for 5 years or so, I’m guessing it’s upward of 50 bucks an hour, could be more, I don’t really know, I just know he made loads of cash the first few years off of OT work.
If my memory is correct, $1,000,000/year will be a middle class salary by 2065. Now, that's the salary of someone about to retire, and assumes that wages keep up with inflation (which they won't), but things are going to get really stupid in the job market over the next few decades.

These targeted removals are helpful but they're just a drop in the bucket compared to the total illegal population in the U.S.
Idk about that, I just saw an advertisement from ICE saying they give a 50k sign on bonus. The pay has to be pretty decent, you’re rarely home.
