Interesting that a lot of her perceived beauty is derived simply from her uniform & Scandinavian complexion (and not being fat).
We the viewer can't see her face for most of the video, but still assume she's gorgeous simply from circumstantial evidence.
Presumably a lot of the ugos, fatties and nons giving her sideeye aren't getting a great look at her face either given she's looking down at her phone most of the time.
The worst offence is that she's obviously put some effort into her appearance, the hair especially.

Although it is funny to see women clearly getting jealous of other women, there are 2 things here kind of ruin the enjoyment of the video:

This is the gray area. It is not inherently bad, nor abnormal for women to desire attention. Any respectable person should feel validated and wanted. It is the execution however that defines them and how it is utilized to get what they want. Leaning on one's attractiveness for something healthy, such as a legitimate relationship for example. However, using it for the sake of wealth and status is the mark of the narcist.
It is important to not go full throttle in judgement. Understanding nuance is a fleeting skill that one mustn't allow to atrophy.
I'd say no, but for a while they've been brainwashing and zippering most of the ones who don't conform to the worst of female stereotypes.

Why do you think Women pay so much attention to what each other is wearing prior to a social event? It's a form of aggression and competitiveness management.
If everyone is wearing clothes that are at the same "level" of effort/attractiveness there will be no opportunities for conflict over a guy, if all the Girls agree to wear "casual jeans and a top" and show each other what they're wearing, what do you think turning up in a one piece formal dress and fully maked up is going to communicate?

Apparently she is a porn star, she's not actually a flight attendant even. So the Women are right to be annoyed at her flaunting herself at the top, in the same way you'd be annoyed if a stripper was lounging around in a Fireman's outfit saying "How you doing" to your Wife as you walked past with your family. It's not envy as much as annoyance.
