It's hard to say since these are percentages of students enrolled in the remedial maths courses, not total student bodies. But those proportions look too high to just be retarded imports (most of which don't end up in college).

They eliminated SAT and ACT from admissions considerations and had special incentive to get more people from the special gibs schools. 32% of the kids from the gibs schools go into remedial math, vs 6.9% for non-gibs. They literally just dropped qualifications to cram their school with retarded browns and they only care because the whole system could collapse into planet of the apes at any moment.
To some degree, it has to also be a push for the low IQ welfare students to get into college for free, so the colleges can profit from the guaranteed income from taxpayers.
I haven't done any serious math beyond my taxes in over a decade and I was able to do all of these in my head. We are in dire circumstances if this is the average student now.
Why are they getting admitted into the school? When I was a kid, you had to be a top performer to get into a UC, or equivalent, school. Did the standards drop that much, that quickly? For what? More profit from tuition for fake degrees?
