Why aren't prison clothes still black & white stripes, or fluorescent orange colors so everyone knows that someone is out of place? Did it make the poor prisoners feel otherized or something?
I don't know what prison clothes there are but he didn't escape, he was released. He tried to tell them it was a mistake and go back to jail and they forced him to go to the train station.
Probably the intention but from what I hear from my UK mates, it's more people are pissed off at the authorities for being so incompetent.
There is GROWING amounts of British kinda wishing they could have a second ammendment and in a recent election, a seat that was Labour's for over a century was lost almost to Reform if not for tactical voting for the Welsh nationalist party. Events like this isn't making people beg the government for security, it makes them think more about acquiring PERSONAL/PRIVATE security..
