I didn't realize it's not free beyond the 30mins, but you can chop up the video file and use it to translate the sections you want, or find other auto sub programs, many vtubers use that type of softwares to auto translate as they speak

Unfortunately there aren't many. With "official" subs available, very few people are willing to put in the work to do it themselves unless its a series they are very passionate about and have no expectation that more than a double digit amount of people will see it.
Subbing/scanlating is a hobby that basically exists with zero competition and always has. The moment someone else shows up doing it, one of the two just leaves. Whether for the wierd "sniping" honor code or simply because its not worth the effort when the official is doing okay most of the time.
I can't blame them, considering the effort it takes to do but it does suck that Crunchyroll basically pulled a reverse Steam and turned a service solution into the death of piracy.
No, that's just a tracker and damn near everything there is an encode, at least for weekly releases. The vast majority of that is just webrips of Crunchy Roll. Want to know how I can tell? Because I've been watching subbed anime for over twenty years and can tell when the audio and the printed text on the screen are egregiously conflict such that it could only be the result of localization. Fansubs as a rule don't suffer from that issue. Ember isn't a fansub, ASW isn't a fansub, Judas isn't a fansub. It's all just encoding of what Crunchy Roll shat out on the classroom floor.
Where's the modern day Lunar or Dattebayo? Where's Shinsen-Subs, Genjo, or ANBU-Keep?
I've neve looked into it, but I know there are real fan-subbers out there because several groups I D/L from also mention they're using fansubs from "X" and tweeking them a bit.
I just have no idea who the actual fansubbers are. Coalgirls?
I know for sure Orphan do their own subs, but they do them on anime with literally NO other torrents, subbed or otherwise! Very old stuff, often of laserdisc!

I need some leads on good fansubbing groups. Not encoders who just repackage rips of Crunchyroll, but honest to god fansubbers.

Visit nyaa.si (beware of fake nyaa!) and there are many. Although some just redo other fansubs with improvements & corrections. Check websites.
