There's a reason Crunchyroll's subtitles are also known as "Horrible Subs". This is just different flies landing on their product.

Horrible Subs was a ripping site for iirc 9 years? I was a huge fan!
They got sick of it and gave the engine they used to eager volunteers who formed SubsPlease 😀
Yes, I do believe they took that name, Horrible Subs, because of Crunchyroll's "quality" but it was easy and free so...
We'd tell complainers to demand their money back 😂 or to buy Horrible Subs Premium^tm
