Eh, it's not like it's a difficult prediction. People aren't willing to talk anymore, reason and discourse just got shot in the throat. We have two countries living within the same borders. Only likely options now are a national divorce or we balkanize the hard way.

I've noticed other new accounts active recently, too. Some of that is going to be natural, due to a big event, but more if it isn't natural.
I've seen multiple people who never post here mentioning "TheZognald," for example, which is some other community here. Plenty of people who are legitimate regulars here get accused of all kinds of stupid shit, but we currently do have some newcomers who are legitimate brigaders and forum sliders.
There's at least one person who shilled for bombing Iran, yet still throws around "Zognald." Very odd combo.

Charlie was a very mainstream conservative. He was an overall good man even though I didn't agree with him on many issues. There won't be public debates between people trying to work out differences on big political topics anytime soon.
I don't see there being a scenario where there isn't some type of copycat retaliation that kicks off a series of escalating political violence.

There's a massive culture shift taking place. The newer generations are not only more right-wing than previous generations at their age, they simply aren't even accepting some Leftist narratives altogether. With Charlie's death, a lot of people saw Leftist bloodlust, something I've been crowing about for years, and what makes me sound like a lunatic if I say it out loud.
These are foot soldiers of the elite losing power. The Fabians using Communist foot soldiers can't keep them on a leash, and their own power structures are shaking apart. The whole Fabian Order is coming apart at the seams.
I don't know exactly where we are in the collapse, but we are absolutely in it. I'm not sure whether the Fabian system is where the Soviet System in 1985 or 1975, but the system is dying. When it collapses, it will collapse all at once.
I can really only say the Right shouldn't respond in kind. The Right shouldn't visit physical violence on pop-leftists, despite events of the last few years. However, there's little point in humouring their games. Just keep focusing on removing them from power.

Take a look at Rome to get a feeling of how slow societal collapse happens. This is not going to be resolved without some form of violence. I don't believe it's going to be as peaceful as 1933s Germany. Especially because of the demographic and ethnic time bombs the European world is sitting on. Remigration will have to happen. And remigration without a united people is most likely going to get ugly.
There won't be total societal collapse like in our favorite post apocalyptic entertainment media though. But it's going to get a lot more uncomfortable. Think 1920s Germany. But with the blessings of diversity. And foreign actors might also get involved.
Although I guess there's a chance we might avoid it. Unlike for the rest of human history we have the internet and people have better awareness of what's going on. We'll see. Won't get boring that much is guaranteed.
