Sooner or later they'll remove the the training requirements for barbers so the muzzies can set up a barber shop on every corner that's mysteriously never open, like they have in Britain.
Red states, but remember magistrates operate at a local level. You can have a blood red state but if that magistrate is in the shithole blue city capital, that's where you get this faggotry.
Real shit though - I have a barber I go to and she's been cutting my hair for like 20 years. I basically go to whatever business she goes to if she leaves a commercial barber shop.
She's from Vietnam and hates communists. Gives peak fucking service and always has interesting things to talk about.
If they're appointed that's bad policy. If it's states where judges are elected then I jsve no complaints because the residents are getting what they want. Who am I to stop them?
We don’t treat hardly any other important profession this way. Lawyers, pilots, physicians, psychiatrists, engineers, police, fire, and countless other jobs have licensing and/or degree requirements. Because we can’t have a bunch of unqualified losers running around pretending to be capable of filling these roles. Why in the world is “judge” not on this list? It might be the most wildly overpowered job we have right now, and randos with zero qualifications are just allowed to walk in off the street and make gigantic life-altering decisions based on expertise they don’t fucking have?

Because you're trying to balance the risk of a bad judge who is bad at his job against a bad judge who was only sanctioned by the lawyers' guild because he's a pro-criminal Sorosite traitor.

Technically they are laundromats
They certainly launder something.
And yet the states listed in that article are almost all supposed red states. Shit needs to get fixed yesterday.
They're listing states with directly elected judges in there. The citizenry getting exactly what they ask for is a feature, not a bug.

Counterpoint: there should be alternate non-BAR accreditation routes through the justice system.
They went to the school of magical negroes.
Dem wise folk.
Magistrates don't require degrees in some other countries too.
