Why in the world is “judge” not on this list? It might be the most wildly overpowered job we have right now

Because you're trying to balance the risk of a bad judge who is bad at his job against a bad judge who was only sanctioned by the lawyers' guild because he's a pro-criminal Sorosite traitor.
