On paper nothing and all Iran is doing is selling their food to make more profit in other nations. Though there is something to be said about how if a nation's food production becomes overtaken by another exporting loads of their own food to yours, that either they end up luxury items, which is the best case scenario. Or they end up as competing products which could harm profits of your own food production to the point they shut down, at which your nation now has become entirely dependent on a foreign power to keep supplying you with food and should they stop during a season when you cannot grow anything quickly, your people will starve.

Iraq-Iran war doesn't count? Both sides occupied chunks of each other's territory for years. Other than that, I'm having to look all the way back to the war they started in 602 for Persians successfully invading someone, though that one was also a pyrrhic stalemate.

Sure, but they successfully counterattacked across the border and held enemy territory, so it depends on how literally you want to use "invade".
The word "invasion" didnt used to have any morality attached to it, and still shouldn't.
