I was watching Den of Thieves: Pantera awhile ago. There's a scene with a character driving in Nice, France and pulling into a garage. And as he does you can hear the Muslim call to prayer. No character is overtly Muslim, and Islam doesn't appear in the movie at all. So the sound must have been part of the filming. The film was shot in London and The Canary Islands. So one of those places had the Muslim call to prayer playing naturally.
iirc? It wasn't long ago they allowed the loudspeakers. The minaret is designed to project the voice of the man calling to prayer outward, making it hearable for a certain distance. Now it's 5X that distance 🙁 (idk, maybe 10x even? Just a guess)
It is a form of cultural dominance, and sadly, our culture is no longer assertive enough to demand they adopt to ours.

Your video is playing two different ones at the same time. Normally it's just the one call to prayer centrally, repeating at the different echo locations.
