I don't know where "here" is for you, but in the US you have judges issuing nationwide injunctions on matters they have no jurisdiction over in tge first place that congress has passed legislation stating they have no jurisdiction and they do it anyway. I’m not opposed to denaturalizing requiring some strong justification, since naturalization in the first place is (supposed to be) a high standard and generally permanent. But, to say that discussing doing such a thing at all is grounds for banning your political party is crazy. And the article makes clear, it’s not that AfD could argue against the desire to review and reverse what I suspect are many undeserved naturalizations being ban worthy, it’s that AfD doesn’t even go that far.
