It's not surprising that the German glowies are incompetent morons. However I think Eugyppius is a bit optimistic here about the document "destroying the momentum". It literally doesn't matter if the document is a nothingburger and a laughably bad smear job, the courts will just do whatever the hell they want.
I don't know where "here" is for you, but in the US you have judges issuing nationwide injunctions on matters they have no jurisdiction over in tge first place that congress has passed legislation stating they have no jurisdiction and they do it anyway. Immigration broke their brains. So i wouldn't call that worling at all.

Truth. The legal system that barely functions here does not exist there. It only serves to rubber stamp whatever the regime is doing.
