I actually had to think long and hard for an answer. South Korea and a handful of European countries are not racist against white people. Most of these European countries being in Central and Eastern Europe. That's about it. The rest of the world is racist against white people. It's a lack of understanding/wilful ignorance of human nature. They have done nothing to deserve it by median white people standards. And it even makes sense to have that instinct in a lot of contexts. When you're surrounded by ruthless savages it is incredibly frustrating and detrimental to your survival if the people who are supposed to have your back are largely cucks and pussies. An instinctive disgust for that behavior helps weed out dead weight in a society based in violence and distrust.
