It makes race realism much harder to accept when you know black people that aren’t dumb criminals. Being one of two white people at work I’m close to blind to race because everyone has a common goal and pulls their weight. Once I step out and remember the constant attacks on my race from the media, I start hating again.

The problem is the small fraction that are essentially wild animals is way higher than other peoples and higher than Western society can tolerate. So when you get a lot of blacks living together those areas won't stay civilized.
It's really unfair to most blacks to not acknowledge this reality because there are interventions and things that can be done about it, but ignoring the problem just means they all pay the price.
