What a load of shit! "Generalizations" can often be made for 100% valid reasons! Of course "every case is different" and maybe your generalization is not correct? But "fight or flight" is how humans work. It applies to all aspects of our lives, every day. It includes things like liking one colour of clothing over another, or preferring orange juice to apple juice.

Lets say I've been bitten 20 times by German Shepherds, but never met a Rottweiler that wasn't adorable & friendly. So a stray dog wanders into my yard not far from me. YES I JUDGE THE DOG BY IT'S APPEARANCE 😡 I'd be an idiot not to. If it's a Shepherd I defend myself or even attack it to drive it away. If it's a Rottie I make nice and try to help it out if needed.
It's human nature, common sense.

They're probably smelling the cats and thinking you're some kind of cat in a human suit.

I'd bite you too if I thought you were some kind of human-cat hybrid - or at least not turn my back ever. Can't be trusted.

That's often a dog's first reaction to meeting me 😽😸
First: sniff sniff wag wag
Then: shock! He smells like cats...
Followed by either:

  • sniff some more, wag some more, or
  • looks up... oh he's not scary! sniff sniff wag wag.
    Or a snort, lolz!

Stereotypes exist for a reason.

I found it funny Google was founded by zionists because all they do is judge people by appearance to impose their superiority on other people. So it is usual, do what I say, not do what I do. And the timing of that AI response is just great considering the timing of that stabbing incident, not to mention to say physiognomy is wrong, lol. Let's ignore pattern recognition because Open AI says snap judgement is bad.

I've read a lot about the signals people give off verbally and non and it's pretty much fucked me up. If you know how people are easy to read and within a few minutes you know everything about a person.

Yes- judge someone by their looks.

Of course I judge books by their covers. "Cook book" is likely about cooking. "Tax filing for dummies" is probably about tax filing. I judge chairs by their covers, too: If a chair is covered in barbed wire, it's probably not a very good sitting chair, if its cover is leather and plush, it's probably more comfy.

Every day humans judge everything by their covers, to 99.99999999% success. I don't see why people think this is weird. If a woman is androphobic, she likely didn't even go up and ask if any given man identified as female before getting nervous, let alone their life story! And that's fine. It's how the world functions on a day to day level.

"White people often make snap judgements about character based on appearance."

Racist AI judging people by their appearance warns not to judge people by their appearance? Which is it, Gemini?!

AI from the U.S. "can predict if someone is a criminal, based solely on a picture of their face" with 80% accuracy and "no racial bias" (the higher proportion it determined for blacks matched the real numbers). AI from China can predict criminality with 89.5% accuracy.

We already know that genes play a huge role in criminality, especially violent crimes, so that lends credence to the AI results; physiognomy only failed because it was looking at the wrong variables... like for instance head size.

Sure, lots of Irish have a giant potato head but that doesn't make them bad people.

Whoa! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT PEOPLE?

Its retarded... animals judge others by looks. Whoever has the biggest red ass or largest ruffle of feathers. Even strenght is based on looking/being bigger.
