Multiple top commanders went on record as saying they purposefully disobeyed orders and did their own thing during Trump's first administration, and then waited to tell it until he was gone so they could get asspats from the TDS media. One of those things was refusing to pull out of the Middle East when given direct orders to do so, thereby starting/continuing a war on their own decision.
Its well beyond trouble. That's actual high end treason, and they were boasting about it.
Considering they literally kept a war going and actively threatened other lives very directly just because of their egos, court martial far too lenient. That's a very legitimate case for public execution.
Ah, but you see Smith, you were not a flag officer. Jokes aside, I'm not big on the idea of a Trump revenge arc with the sole exception of Mark Milley. If he did what he said he did in Woodward's book, it would not be unreasonable to recall and court martial the guy.
Treason - (told China he would inform them prior to a nuclear launch, January 6th)
Enacted a Military Coup - (directed subordinates not to follow orders of the president until notifying him after January 6th)
Threatening a Military Coup - (May 29th insurrection, Liberty Square riot)
Cowardice in the face of the Enemy - Abandoned over 150,000 American civilians behind enemy lines - (Afghan route)
Dereliction of Duty - Refused to support the military forces on the ground while being pressured by the enemy - (Afghan route)
Dereliction of Duty - Abandoned $85 Billion in American equipment to the enemy - (Afghan route)
Cowardice in the face of the Enemy - Abandoned unstated thousands of NATO ally civilians behind enemy lines - (Afghan route)
Dereliction of Duty - Refused to co-operate with NATO allies attempting to rescue said civilians - (Afghan route)
Notice I didn't even have to include promoting racialism, and conducting a purge of the officer corps of political dissidents.
So... Court Martial? No.
Tribunal, then a full drumming out ceremony, then executed by firing squad, then have his name and face removed from every single record in the military; as we do with Benedict Arnold.
Arnold sold his own men at West Point to the British because Congress wouldn't pay him, wouldn't promote him, and wouldn't give him a leadership position. His treason was evil, but he was driven to it by the retardation of Congress. Miley is a worse traitor who did more damage and did it because he is an ideological freak that hates this country and betrayed his own men, and his own people.

I actually wrote my senior thesis on Benedict Arnold in college (on how he is considered the unique American traitor because he was considered a war hero before his treason), and there are some even funnier ones than that. My personal favorite being that at the memorial for the Battle of Bemis Heights during the overall Saratoga campaign (where Arnold was shot and had his leg permanently crippled), there is a monument. It is a statue of a leg, with nothing else, and the dedication is to "A heroic American general who's name has been lost to time."
Can anyone spell "dismissed for cause"?
I tried but it kept coming up as "court martial". Must be dyslexia or something!
I kept getting "Fort Leavenworth."
For me it was "gallows".
I got "gibbets"!
Yea maybe the military has changed but this sort of talk would’ve gotten me in a lot of trouble

Hope they all find their way to Leavenworth
I dunno if it was called Fort Assrape when you were in, but it was when I got out.
Those traitors didnt expect Trump to come back from the ashes to be president again.
I hope the court martial every single one of them.

Fixed that for ya.
His crimes so far include:

And that is still better than Miley deserves.
Shit like this starts fist fights, in the office, among the officers.
