I'm sure everyone has seen the footage floating around of missiles hitting Israel.
All I have to say is that, when it's all over, I hope there's nobody left on either side still capable of shaking down the US for "aid".
Yeah, I know, it'll never happen. But one must remain optimistic.
Haha, no one left on either side, given the fact that pretty much all of the missiles were intercepted and I have reports of no casualties on the Israeli side, I think this is more a one sided war.
Apart from October 7th attack which seems to have gone further than it should, it seems the Israelis played the arab side BAD and are probably taking the territory when this is done. They have technological, strategic and logistical supremacy and gutted the command structures of most of their enemies (as got a suspicion that them blowing up devices wasn't FIRST done with Lebanon if you remember a certain helicopter crash)
So now that's done, Europe NEEDS to copy Egypt and deny ANYONE running from this that ain't a fully native citizen to it's country access to Europe even if that means blowing up boats.
Israel is lying. You can go on X and watch videos of a dozen missiles impacting the same target in succession. Just like Ukraine, Israel simply makes up their air defense numbers. On video they're getting rekt.
I've seen those videos and it doesn't look like much damage. When Israel bombs places you can immediately see the damage. We'll have to wait and see. Israel's response will indicate what the truth is.
Israel is deliberately bombing civilian targets to kill as many people as possible. They want it to escalate into full blown war so they can drag the US into it and make them do the dirty work.
Iran doesn't want to escalate and avoids casualties. Israel would have been overwhelmed by Irans first response too if it weren't for several countries defending their airspace.
Also Israel is very strict when it comes to military censorship so you won't see videos of the resulting damage and they sure as hell won't publish how effective Irans strike actually was. Israel is a paper tiger that is completely dependent on the US and they know it.

Israel isn't a paper tiger per say, they are very effective in a defensive war (although how much was that modern Israeli equipment vs stripped down Soviet export models from the 50-60s?) but they simply lack the population to hold down any more expanded territory. Any serious war against Iran or Iraq, they get steamrolled due to the numbers issue.
I do believe Iran doesn't want to escalate, but do you seriously believe that Israel is "trying to kill as many people as possible"? If so, they're very incompetent because even a blind man could kill more.
ah yes, the stormfag brigade opinion. If they wanted to kill people, they'd just nuke iran and be done with it. What a retard.
I've seen those videos and I can't tell at all.
But I'm going to assume that a missile barrage that's capable of defeating the "iron dome" is capable of hitting a useful target.
I wouldn't ever want to underestimate Persians.
If I was Iran I would be testing the Iron Dome, so would send a bunch of missiles to get shot down as cover for the ones with effective countermeasures that I would aim at empty fields to make them look like failures. Even have them self-destruct once they got through the Dome.
You can't test the Dome without a pretext and knowing how to defeat defenses is way more valuable than actually doing it because then you can do it at a time of your choosing and the enemy doesn't prepare.
Missiles seem to be a poor strategy overall. At the same time there was an old-fashioned terror attack in Tel-Aviv that killed 6 and wounded a dozen.
I'd imagine what we'll see is ballistic missiles that release a thousand drones each instead of a massive blast.
Small drones can be incredibly effective, but getting them into the area is the hard part.
Iran doesn't have that capability, know why? The US, Russia and China don't have that as if they did they'd be showing it off like the biggest dick in the changing room.
Think about ALL the things you have to do to make that work, first is just getting the missile to work, then securing the payload of drones, then having said drone be remotely controlled over long distance easily.
That's the baseline, how the fuck are they going to work after being launched at terminal velocity, suddenly released at high speed and not just smash into the ground? You're better off investing in Japan's railguns where their main issue is power supply.
Their missile strikes didn't do shit against a US base in Iraq causing moderate damage and no deaths.
After shooting down a civilian airliner.
I think it's safe to underestimate them.
The US helps em shoot down missiles and will prevent Iran from flying, but the US won't help them on the ground. They can bomb ad much as they want but at some point you have to claim the rubble to claim to have made a ground incursion.
This is how I see it. Israel has mostly decimated the Arabs. Guess years of US pouring weapons into Israel paid off. Iran's strikes were mostly worthless. IMO, if Iran continues to be this weak, Israel might be convinced to take this further.
Iran looks weak: now is the time to attack!
Iran looks strong: we need to attack before they do!
MIGA conservatives: why would Iran do this?
All lines of reasoning lead to war in the neocon line of 'thinking'.
Ukraine wins a victory: we need to send them more aid to help them win!
Ukraine is losing: quick, send them more aid before they lose completely!
Not just that, the 'Arab spring' mostly did that. Like the Iraq war before it, the West removed or diminished a dictator that had control and created a power vacuum wasting the resources and military power of that nation.
If the Arab spring never happened then both the migrant crisis and current war wouldn't have either.
