its a good one too.
The very concept of cringe has created a state where they make themselves cringe to try and avoid being so.
I really is a strange phenomenon. I can't imagine how exhausting it must be to constantly avoid being genuine.
Being genuine for these guys would be to admit that their entire motivation is resentment and spitefulness. That they want to make everyone in the world as miserable and self-hating as they are. That they want to destroy the very concept of happiness through hard work and building a family because the unattainability of that to them makes it in their eyes a symbol of oppression.
Fake enthusiasm is a virtue signal for them.
