im at a point where i reject any diversity™ in any European or Asian historical setting regardless of whether the character had appeared in real life or not .. When there's a clear agenda to push diversity™ on European and Asian countries currently in real life.
They always try to defend this kind of stuff with the cliche, "it's fictional. You didn't have a problem with time travel and all that other sci-fi stuff, but you have a problem with this?". The difference is that time travel doesn't have some on-the-nose political agenda behind it. I can definitely forgive a game for being historically inaccurate but it's insulting to act like this was a perfectly innocent decision.
They’re perfectly aware of what they’re doing when they pull that shit. None of their arguments are ever in good faith, it’s always just some snarky snark snark for them to try to defend their bullshit positions.
We must realize that our party’s most powerful weapon is racial tension. By propounding into the consciousness of the dark races, that for centuries they have been oppressed by Whites, we can mold them to the program of the Communist Party. In America, we will aim for subtle victory. While inflaming the Negro minority against the Whites, we will endeavor to instill in the Whites, a guilt complex for their exploitation of the Negros. We will aid the Negroes to rise in prominence in every walk of life, in the professions, and in the world of sports and entertainment. With this prestige, the Negro will be able to inter-marry with the Whites and begin a process which will deliver America to our cause.»
In Samurai Warriors 5 DLC from 2021 (Koei after they were mega pozzed), he was called a Bushi (Warrior) in Japanese version, but Samurai in English version.
I had vaguely heard of him a long time ago but kept hearing more mention recently. Seeing people who can’t comprehend that people wanted to see Japanese protagonists in a game set in feudal Japan is sadly no surprise. Some even act like this was an organic choice and ignore what the former writer said
They completely comprehend it because that is what they were demanding years ago after Nioh was announced. They scoffed at the idea of a white protagonist in feudal Japan, but the idea of a non-Japanese protagonist is now fine because blacks are lower than Japanese on the progressive stack.
I hope the game fails. If they were so hard pressed to include him in the game he could’ve been someone you come across in the game. Or they could’ve just gone with the original story that they had. Never thought entertainment could be so wrecked due to the obsession with representation
Unfortunately Assassin’s Creed is too much of a normie staple for normies to stop buying it. Maybe this game will open some eyes, but it won’t be enough to truly derail the franchise momentum it inexplicably still has.
Except that in Nioh he wasn't supposed to be a samurai, just an Irish guy who chased an English sorcerer to Japan and teamed up with some Japanese guys to fight him and the yokai.
It's night and day different from ubisofts bullshit.
He is honestly a fun example. See how they latch onto the one black person that has a name and is mentioned in some history books.
But when it comes to (central) Europe, they cannot find a single "Yasuke". They constantly claim (in regards to Kingdom Come Deliverance) that there must've been black people in Europe at that time, right? But they cannot produce even a single Yasuke mentioned in European history books. If there were, they would lathc onto him in the same way.
pretty sure its prep to open japan up for more rapefugees.

You should see the absurd defenses of modern day period pieces
i always said, probably wouldve been fine 15 years ago before BLM came to be with black worship.
It's a good job this has been debunked.

like you said. Koei has been pozzed.

If anything this game would be a Last Jedi moment where it makes a ton of sales, but not as much as the previous one and marks the downfall.
Yea, you are most likely right.
If anything will tank its sales, it'll be its Jewish price tag.

and unlikes yasuke is based on an actual recorded person who travelled to Japan IRL, William Adams.
just like how retards who never heard of Palestine are now sucking it off like it is on sale
How positively philistine.
Yes, at most he was the Japanese equivalent of that English bugler. More likely he was entirely fictional, or actually just Okinawan.
