I hope the game fails. If they were so hard pressed to include him in the game he could’ve been someone you come across in the game. Or they could’ve just gone with the original story that they had. Never thought entertainment could be so wrecked due to the obsession with representation
Unfortunately Assassin’s Creed is too much of a normie staple for normies to stop buying it. Maybe this game will open some eyes, but it won’t be enough to truly derail the franchise momentum it inexplicably still has.
Except that in Nioh he wasn't supposed to be a samurai, just an Irish guy who chased an English sorcerer to Japan and teamed up with some Japanese guys to fight him and the yokai.

If anything this game would be a Last Jedi moment where it makes a ton of sales, but not as much as the previous one and marks the downfall.
