Despite a year of pilot programs aimed at getting new sailors, the Navy missed all its recruiting goals in Fiscal Year 2023, resulting in higher goals for next year, the sea service announced Tuesday.
The Navy missed its enlisted sailor goal by 7,464, according to the sea service’s numbers published Tuesday. It aimed to recruit 37,700 sailors, but ended the FY 2023 with 30,236. The service met its active-duty enlistment goal in Fiscal Year 2022 by a thin margin, USNI News previously reported.

The US Navy invited an active-duty drag queen to be a “Digital Ambassador” – as part of a recent drive “to attract the most talented and diverse workforce” and combat plunging recruitment.
Yeoman 2nd Class Joshua Kelley, who identifies as non-binary, was appointed as the first of five Navy Digital Ambassadors in a pilot program that ran from October to March.

Demoralization. For this step in the process, 15 – 20 years are needed. That is the amount of time required to educate a generation. Helping along the way are media and teachers who have become sympathetic (consciously or unconsciously) to the theoretical causes of the subverting nation.

Eventually they're going to need cannon fodder for one of their endless wars and realize they have none left. Then they'll panic and reintroduce conscription, and I sincerely hope they discover that enough young men would rather fight them than fight for them.
They'll fill the military with foreigners and Americans will shrug it off as, "Well at least we're not being drafted."
Except the foreigners aren't willing to die for them either. When an empire fills a military with foreign born warriors it... Never ends well.
The foreigners are also much more inept than Whitey, and can't maintain what we built.
What happens when the government offers amnesty to any illegal alien who serves? If whitey won’t die for Israel, maybe brown invaders will?
But then what happens when brown meets brown in the Middle East? Do they just team up and bulldoze Israel with American weapons? Does Israel nuke the west out of pure spite?
They will use them as commissars to round up the whites and force them to fight.
The problem is they've already been given de facto amnesty. They've been allowed to move freely for too long now.

I'm just glad that I've aged out of being conscripted for anything short of a catastrophe. I was a little worried 10 years ago when this Ukraine business started.

For sure. Fighting for my way of life is one thing, but I'm not fighting for a regime that hates me.
Personally I'm of the same opinion as several ancient cultures. If a man can't fight he isn't a man, just livestock that walks upright.
I'm prime conscription age and a lot of young men I know are of the same opinion, if they try to conscript it only ends with a lot of dead people at home.
I would argue they want us weaker militarily in general. They would rather have pure loyalists to push buttons against the citizens, not a mix to fight any actual threat.
Despite what many of us claim, the cabal/globalists/people in power/whatever we call them aren't monolithic. There are different interests within that umbrella group, and sometimes those different interests conflict.
For example, you're right that they want (White people and nations) weakened, but, they also need us to fight wars for them. Wars help them weed out strong White men from the gene pool, help to prop up the military industrial complex, help to perpetuate the petro dollar, help to uphold OPEC and oil tycoons, help to regime change, help to enforce banker interests, etc. However, with the military recruitment crisis being one example, they've begun to experience the consequences of their own actions in undermining the White West, where one of their interests is infringing upon the other. Keep in mind that ultimately, these people are liars. Everything they do results in destruction. They may appear to be intelligent, with how much power they currently wield, but they're ultimately fools, because they've aligned themselves with the antithesis of truth. This makes them malicious, and ultimately stupid.
There are also plenty of other groups that benefit from the undermining. I'm sure the Xi Jinping and others like him get rock hard at the thought of being able to invade virtually unopposed. It's why they cheerlead gun control efforts in the US.
Reminds me of an old Chinese story. I don't remember the whole thing well enough to retell it, but I do recall the last line.
