The Russell Brand shit showcases this that they are desperately trying to stoke fear and shut down anyone pointing out that the virus doesn't matter, the invested parties behind the curtain do. Basically if we make it to next year, we have no adoption of masks or getting shots and people like Russell Brand continue to be outspoken and reaching a large audience, we win and they'll get EVEN more desperate.
Seriously? Is there another source that confirms this? I'd be absolutely amazed if they start doing this again.

That's weird. It has no date. The metadata says that it was created on 9 March 2023 - I guess it was published on the 31 March, given the expiration date.
So this has been in force since late March of this year? Any air travelers who can confirm this?

I think folks here greatly overestimate to which massive fraud can be done undetected. People in much more repressive countries than the US have a lot of experience dealing with that.
The worst case scenario is that you put election monitors everywhere, making sure that you catch any shenanigans and have absolute proof that they have done it. That's a win as well. Even most Biden voters don't want to live in a country where elections can be stolen at the whim of those in power, so that will discredit the system like nothing else.
We had election monitors giving eyewitness testimony of being blocked from seeing signatures and threatened with expulsion if they complained, ballots coming from nowhere, and machines being used incorrectly, and video evidence of poll workers stuffing ballots. The courts laugh at your "proof". No standing and laches. The news media (including Fox News) say that our election monitors were liars - the official "Republican" observers claimed all was above board - so shut up about your claims of fraud guys.
No they don't care. Believe me I live and work around these "Look I'll vote for anyone include the devil himself as long as it's not Trump" people.
So the proper response there is to just give up and let them have what they want without even a token fight? No, the proper response is to make it undeniable. If in 2016, Hillary supporters were giving eyewitness testimony making these claims, you wouldn't believe it either.
Like I've said before: here in Europe they don't bother to steal elections, because all parties are basically the same anyway. If they were trying to steal it from a party, you bet your ass I'd go out and vote for that party, because if it's worth stealing for them, it's worth voting for me.
The proper response is to goad the elite into pissing off as much of the populace as possible until the only result can be an all out conflict. Ideally before the elite have all their contingency plans in place.
We'll see. Biden got 81M votes despite winning the fewest counties of any winner, and nobody batted an eye. They pulled suit cases of ballots out after sending observers home, and nobody batted an eye. They adjudicated more ballots than ever before (by orders of magnitude) and didn't let anyone see them, and nobody batted an eye.

i don't have much of a problem with foreigners being subjected to extra screening, except the stewardship lets in a bunch of invaders at the southern border every day.
Thing is, it's never been for safety's sake.
It's all about humiliating people and breaking their will so that they'll just give up their Constitutional rights and bodily autonomy.
It's why illegal immigrants specifically don't go through any vetting or have any poison injections forced on them, unlike legal citizens.
This super serious disease demands super serious action.
